Leadership Coaching for Women

Leadership Coaching for Women

Lead from who you are, not who you are expected to be.

Confidential, one-to-one coaching for women leaders in education, public health, nonprofits, foundations, and global organizations. For capable women leading in complex, high-stakes environments around the world.

Why Life Work Purpose

When life and work pull in the same direction.

We all work. Work gives us a sense of satisfaction and achievement. It challenges us, connects us, and helps us grow. At its best, it grounds us in something bigger than ourselves.

Life is always happening. Sometimes with intention, sometimes with chaos. The key is to not let life and work pull in opposite directions. The sweet spot is when they reinforce each other: when your work draws on your strengths, reflects your values, and moves you toward something that feels real and purposeful.

When who you are and what you do finally line up, everything shifts: your presence, your decisions, your relationships, your impact.

That is what Life Work Purpose is about. It is more than a name. It is an approach that helps you align your inner story (who you are) with your outer story (what you do), so you can lead with confidence and without the weight of constantly proving yourself.

How it works

A thinking partner who is fully on your side.

You are the expert in your own life and work. My job is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you think more clearly, test your assumptions, and make decisions you can stand behind.

1

Complete confidentiality

What you say stays between us. For many women leaders, this is the first place they can be fully honest about what is really going on.

2

Getting to the real issue

The problem you bring is often not the one that matters most. Together we get underneath it, so your energy goes where it will make a difference.

3

Honest challenge, real support

When something does not add up, I will say so, respectfully and directly. You get candid feedback from someone who wants you to succeed.

4

Practical tools

CliftonStrengths to identify what you already do well. For those who choose it, the Positive Intelligence™ program to manage stress, quiet self-doubt, and recover faster from setbacks.

Together we work on:

  • Clarifying your leadership style and values
  • Handling self-doubt, burnout, and difficult workplace dynamics
  • Leading with presence and a clear voice
  • Building a career that reflects your purpose, not just your résumé

For organizations

If leadership coaching is funded by the leader’s organization, I provide proforma invoices, tax details, and documentation so your procurement process is straightforward. Coaching is available in English and French.

Teams, workshops, and retreats

Help your team thrive together, not just survive together.

Team and group coaching

Team coaching is more than skill building. It shifts culture. I work with education teams, social impact organizations, and leadership teams to:

  • Build trust and emotional intelligence
  • Turn conflict into collaboration
  • Align around shared purpose and values
  • Strengthen communication and leadership across the organization

Programs range from one-off group intensives to eight-month journeys for leadership teams.

Workshops and retreats

Sometimes what your team needs most is time to pause, realign, and reconnect. I design custom sessions on:

  • Strengths and values alignment
  • Leadership presence and voice
  • Managing stress, burnout, and conflict
  • Emotional and social intelligence
  • Communicating with impact

Formats include half-day virtual sessions, full-day in-person retreats, and multi-part leadership series for cohorts.
